  I have two investment properties that LJ Hooker Vic park have been managing for the last 4 years and never had an issue. My property manager always keeps me informed and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

  Once bond time came around, I had to argue to get the bond back for things that were already damaged when we entered the house (outlined on our property report but they still wouldn't accept it) and they also forced us to do our own repairs on things that were classified as wear and tear apparently due to our contractual agreement (with which they never provided evidence despite me asking multiple times).

  Everything is nice until you sign your name on the dotted line. After that, he becomes the most arrogant, incompetent, unpleasant human being. Despite me being extremely patient and understanding, he has had the audacity to shout at me on the phone on numerous occasions - and he acts like I am the difficult one! How UTTERLY, UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL. It is clear that he just wants his money.

  Extremely slow to fix any problems with the house. We had serious issues with our plumbing, meaning most the time we didn't have a functioning toilet and multiple times had "human waste" in our back yard and despite this they still took 6 months to replace the pipes. I understand liaising with the owner takes time but 6 months is ridiculous.

  Will never deal with this incompetent real estate agent again. Took over 2 months to get my bond back from one broken plastic Venetian blind clip that they then charged $125 for. I didn't even get the chance to fix it myself because they kept sending emails to an incorrect email address despite me telling them numerous times it must be wrong.
