    Useless, don't know the policies of the company they work for, go to one down the road at the shopping centre. Essentially the only way to fix the problem of poor service and attitude is to fire every single staff member and start again.

    Inconsistent service depending on who's on shift. Personally my first few experiences was so traumatic I make it a point to travel to Park Centre or Belmont's auspost if I can help it.

    Nice staff, but they don't ring the door bell when come with a parcel... like never... I even waited near the speaker once, so I definitely wont miss it... and the guy just didn't bother to press the freaking button...

    Yes agree that this post office is not friendly with their services however if deal with LISA, she will help you out as best as she can and she smile as well!
