  I bought a used Forester recently and Kevin was really helpful throughout the process. He even had the car dropped off at my mechanic nearby for an independent inspection which made things a lot easier. This is the third car in our family from City Subaru and we've been happy with all of them!

  Needless to say I am never going back here. I complained and the service manager said they will do the rear brakes at $511 next service but I'm not keen on having my car driven aggressively again. The Irish assistant service manager is a decent guy and i hate to leave negative feedback like this but it was earned in this instance.

  To top it all off he says it's weird because he remembers resetting the peak boost after he drove it....why would you need to do that unless you were trying to hide something??!!

  I just purchased an ex-demo/service Subaru XV MY17 from David at City Subaru and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. From my initial online inquiry to taking delivery of my new car, David stayed in touch and kept me up to date, without being pushy just to get a sale. Very happy with my new car and very happy about the service from David and the other staff at City Subaru.

  After a few hours I got a call saying my front brakes needed replacing at a cost of $385, power steering fluid $140 and pollen filter $95 which I reluctantly approved.

  I got into my car and turned it on. I always reset my peak boost and leave it in intelligent mode so I can tell if someone has been thrashing my car as i did when I took it in this time. When I scroll to the gauge it shows 1.19 kpa boost and the car is in sport mode!

  Had to collect some touch up paint for a friend's car. As with most manufacturer spare parts, it was a little overpriced - but the service and parts staff were friendly and pleasant, their showroom was small but packed out, clean and plenty of staff were around if you needed something. It is a big car dealership in a small space, but it is close and convenient.

  30 mins later... they call and tell me the work had already been done. So I tell them I'm not paying 550 and the service guy eventually says they will do it at $385 as they should have done originally!

  I was told the car comes with 3 year warranty and I could buy an extra 3 years extended warranty, THE VERY NEXT DAY there is an advert on TV for 5 years FREE warranty.

  The service tech tells me he must have accidentally flicked it into sports mode (which is virtually impossible to do) and says the boost gauge must be reading incorrectly... I've never heard such rubbish!

  When I tell the staff, I am told that they only took my car around the block... great so you thrashed my car when it was cold, right after a service.

  I booked my car in for a service and was quoted 300 dollars estimated costs but if I wanted a balance and alignment it would cost an additional 80 dollars. I thought this would be included but I decided too go ahead anyway.

  a couple hours later I get a call saying the front brakes were misquoted and they are actually $850 to which I refused the work. The service guy then told me they would do a do special price of 550 for only parts...which was still ridiculous, so I refused once again and told them to leave the brakes.
